This is a lovely hat to crochet.  I have made it in a baby size.  The pattern given is for an adult size.  But I found it easy to convert to different sizes, as along as you have the correct stitch count for the repeat pattern. 

I first found it on YouTube by the Crochet Crowd; where Mikey gives clear instructions as you follow him along.
